About Me:
Roxanne Ravenel is the Job Search Consultant behind Job Search Strategy Lab. She has a diverse background in the corporate and non-profit worlds and as an entrepreneur.

Her passion for helping job seekers improve their career prospects and quality of life began during her experience as a recruiter with a global outsourcing firm. After reviewing thousands of resumes and screening, interviewing, and hiring hundreds of job applicants she realized that many candidates struggled with resumes and interviewing. She started Job Search Strategy Lab (www.JobSearchStrategyLab.com) – a job search strategy training firm – to help job seekers maximize their success and achieve their career goals.

Roxanne has developed several job search strategy and career development workshops and group programs that teach job seekers to establish their “A” game and put it to the best possible use in their job search.

Roxanne is the host of The Savvy Jobseeker Podcast (www.SavvyJobseeker.com) on BlogTalkRadio where she shares winning job search strategies with job seekers each week.

Hi Roxanne

Nice to meet you as well! Just looking at your page - you have some very useful and informative blogs here. Just wondering, given that you have experience working as a recruiter with a global firm, if you are able to advise on working abroad and building an international career?

Thanks
Samantha
