There has been some bizarre tales lately about what applicants must do to survive a job interview. With employers in the catbird seat, they can make all kinds of demands. (i.e. A private toy maker in Connecticut requires job seekers to bring three years of W-2 statements to the first interview. That is ludicrous!)
Among other things, we have heard about people being forced to role play as if they already had the job - without warning.
Does anyone have any crazy interview stories they would like to share? We are contributing to an article on this topic for a major publication. Your experience can be featured and you will have the option to remain anonymous.
If possible, please email me a response. jporter@goliathjobs.com
